Moneta Community Church was birthed out of a desire for simplicity and a belief that Jesus Christ transforms feeble and broken lives. After much time spent in prayer and after receiving repeated confirmations, we sensed that Moneta was the location which God's Spirit was moving us for this exciting venture.

     From the beginning, our simple vision--Glorify God. Serve Others. Make Disciples.--has been the grid by which all of our decisions are made. Our overarching desire is that God would be glorified through our service to Him.

     We are an assembly which challenges people to "take the next step." While no one is at the same point in their spiritual journey, the Word of God tells us that we are to be continually striving to be more like Christ. We challenge through preaching and teaching Scripture, encouraging service and obedience to God, and providing a community which seeks to help each other.

     We are not a perfect church. We are a community of imperfect people who have been changed by the love of Christ. We are not perfect, but we serve a perfect God who wants to make a difference in your life, too.
